Aberrant Dreams looks for stories
with a solid plot and good character development. Stories should
grab the reader’s attention quickly. Stories should be original and
not a rehash of tired old themes. If you do draw from an old theme,
add a twist to make it unique.
Stories should be less than 10,000 words in
length.
Aberrant Dreams pays 3 cents per word
up to a maximum of $100.00 per accepted story submission.
Additionally, this market provides the Author with one contributor’s
copy of the printed anthology.
Pays $1.00 per
line for poetry (up to 50 lines).

stories between those lengths. Asimov's Science Fiction
rarely buy stories longer than 15,000 words.
They pay $1 a
line for poetry, which shouldn't exceed 40 lines.
