Pays a flat rate of $10.00 per piece.

They pay 1-2 cents per word for fiction (2000 to 6000 words) and $10.00 for flash fiction (1000 words or less)

Will open to submissions for the anthology July 15, 2009 and will pays a flat rate based on word count (to be determined). If sales go over 2000 copies, then royalties will be paid in addition to the initial payment.
