Below are several ezines that I regularly visit and read what they publish. I'd like to read more online, but there's only so much time in a week.

Multiple Genre

A Fly in Amber - offers a variety of genres and lengths, with an occasional published visual art piece. The stories tend toward the crisp and upbeat, often with an interesting direction or twist.

Mystery/Suspense

Mouth Full of Bullets - each issues contains a strong lineup of short and flash fiction. Also provides interesting interviews and columns on related topics.

Mysterical-E - offers a wide variety of stories and a publisher highlight. I really like the layout, artwork and top quality of stories published here.

Mainstream

Haruah: A Breath of Heaven - mainly inspirational flash fiction, short stories and poetry. Occasional essays on a variety of topics are published there as well.

joyful! - A new to the scene religious/inspirational ezine.

Fantasy/SF

MindFlights- publishes interesting and upbeat Fantasy and Science Fiction poetry, short stories, serial novels, articles and much more.
(Came into being via a 2008 merger of The Sword Review and Dragons, Knights and Angels)

Aberrant Dreams - publishes a diverse array of Science Fiction and Fantasy, but usually darker and occasionally more off-beat than the run-of-the-mill stuff out there. Interesting graphics and animation as well.

The Sword Review and Dragons, Knights and Angels both offer a strong selection of generally up-beat Fantasy and Science Fiction shorts and poetry. Although they are not publishing anything new, both ezines have extensive archives of stories.
